hey mel…what kind of paper do you use for your daily sketches? (if you don't mind me asking.) Did you cut these sheets to size? The paper tends to keep the ink of the microns well, wondering if it will work with my radiograph pens. Thanks! Ur awesome:)
No, YOU are! :) It's a "Cachet by Daler Rowney" spiral bound sketchbook that I bought at Barnes and Noble. I really like it. The ink doesn't bleed through the pages. But I'm getting kind of tired of the kraft paper. I'm ready to play with a white book. Only 117 pages left!
After returning from the 2009 HOW Design Conference in Austin, TX, I realized that I needed more creativity in my life. So I vowed to create 160 art journal pages by the end of 2009. This blog documents my commitment.
EDIT: This did not happen. I gave up after 43 pages. But I'm on a quest to continue!
